Peach and Yogurt Cake
Super soft cake with yogurt and fresh peaches, easy to make and perfect to dip into a hot cup of coffee in the morning!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a bowl whisk Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and Granulated Sugar (2/3 cup) until light in color and foamy. Add in Vegetable Oil (4 Tbsp) and Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup).

Add in the Lemon (1), and Salt (1 pinch). Last, sift in the Cake Flour (1 1/2 cups) and Baking Powder (0.5 oz) and fold everything together gently.

Grease and dust with flour a 22-centimeter cake pan. Pour in the cake batter and top with Peaches (2).

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 40 minutes.
