Cooking Instructions

Place Cream Cheese (1/2 cup), Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Pimiento Peppers (1 1/3 cups), Salt (1 tsp), and half of the Cabot Creamery® Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 2/3 cups) in a food processor, and pulse until well combined. Scraping down the sides to fully incorporate everything.

Once incorporated, transfer to a mixing bowl and add in the other half of the shredded cheese. Stir to combine.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors marinate.

Garnish with Scallion (1 stalk), and chopped pimentos, and serve with veggie sticks or crackers if desired.
