Cooking Instructions

step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish with Nonstick Cooking Spray (to taste) and set aside.

step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine Frozen Spinach (2 pckg) and Cream Cheese (1 block). Make sure you squeeze the spinach out of all the water before incorporating the cream cheese. If you don't, this will be very soupy.

step 3

Add in Garlic (3 cloves), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can) and Salt (1/4 tsp). Mix well so that everything is incorporated and evenly mixed.

step 4

Using a spatula, put into the casserole dish and sprinkle with Fried Onions (2 cups).

step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and the cream cheese is melted. Serve warm.
