Ingredients
Cooking Instructions
step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
step 2
Unroll and press Pie Crust (1) into the bottom of a 9-inch pie tray. Fold the rest of the crust to the back to create a thick-edge pie crust.
step 3
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
step 4
In a skillet, cook the Smoked Bacon (6 oz) without oil. Once the bacon has rendered a little fat, add the Yellow Onion (1/2) and cook until both are browning, around 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
step 5
In a large prep bowl, whisk together the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4), Heavy Cream (1 cup), Milk (1 cup), Butter (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp).
step 6
In the same bowl, stir in Smoked Ham (7 oz), Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese Blend (1 1/2 cups), and the cooked ingredients into the cream mixture. Pour filling into the baked pie crust.
step 7
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until set in the center.
step 8
Let it sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
step 9
Optionally, garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste) and serve warm.
