Rose Petal Sangria, made with wild rose petals and rosé wine is a refreshing summer drink that is lightly floral and delicious! Perfect for weddings, special brunches, or showers!

Cooking Instructions

step 1

To make the rose petal simple syrup, add the Fresh Rose Petals (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), Water (1 cup), Fresh Mint Leaves (1 handful) and the juice from Lemon (1) to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Turn off heat and let roses petals steep for 12 to 24 hours before straining.

Place Rosé Wine (1 bottle), Rose Petal Simple Syrup, Elderflower Liqueur (4 Tbsp) and Fresh Rose Petals (1 Tbsp) in a large pitcher and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve over ice.
