In a medium bowl, combine the Cream Cheese (1/2 cup), Butter (2 Tbsp), Fresh Dill (1 tsp), Fresh Chives (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and juice from Lemon (1). Mix to combine until smooth.
