Sangroyal
Meet the Sangroyal: Sangria, but make it “royal” with D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac and spiced liqueur. This elegant cocktail will amaze any sangria lover, and convert all the skeptics.

step 1
To make the honey water, combine Honey (1/2 cup) and Water (1/2 cup) and stir until the honey has dissolved.

Add Ice (as needed) to the glass to chill.
step 3
To the shaker, add juice from Lemon (1), 2 tsp Honey Water, Red Wine (2 fl oz), The Bitter Truth® Pimento Dram Allspice Liqueur (0.5 fl oz), PATRÓN® Citrónge Orange (0.5 fl oz), and D'USSÉ VSOP Cognac (1 fl oz).

Add Ice (as needed) to the shaker. Close the lid and shake hard.

Drain the melted water out of the chilled glass, then strain in the drink.

Peel a strip of Orange (1). Trim the edges and press 3-4 Whole Cloves (to taste) into the peel.
step 7
Add some crushed Ice (as needed) on top of the drink. Garnish with Orange Peel, Cinnamon Sticks (to taste), and Fresh Mint (to taste).
