Cooking Instructions

step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the Unsalted Beef Stock (1/2 cup), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), and Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp). Set aside.

step 2

In a large bowl, combine the Beef Strips (1 lb), Corn Starch (3 Tbsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Mix to coat the beef evenly with starch.

step 3

Heat the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) in a skillet over high heat. Once the oil is sizzling, add the beef. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4-5 minutes or until browned.

step 4

Add the Frozen Sugar Snap Peas (1 bag) and sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick and glossy.

step 5

Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) and serve over White Rice (to taste), if desired.
