Teriyaki Marinade, divided

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine the Bell Peppers (3 cups) and Green Beans (3 cups) in a medium bowl and toss with 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Marinade.

Place the Salmon Fillet (1 lb) on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and brush with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and the remaining Teriyaki Marinade (4 Tbsp).

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the salmon looks flaky and its internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (62 degrees C). It will continue to cook a little bit once it’s out of the oven and resting.

Top with Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp) and serve immediately with cooked White Rice (to taste) or cooked soba or buckwheat noodles.
