Olive Oil, divided

Salt, divided1 tsp for cooking pasta, ½ tsp for scampi
1/4tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/2tsp
Crushed Red Pepper Flakesplus more for garnish

Lemon, zested, juiced1 tsp of zest and 1 Tbsp of juice needed
4Tbsp
Dry White Wine
3Tbsp
ChoppedFresh Parsley
4Tbsp
Grated Parmesan Cheeseplus more for garnish

Cooking Instructions

step 1

In a pot with boiling water, add Salt (1 tsp) and Spaghetti (8 oz). Cook 1-2 minutes less than the directions on the package.

While waiting for the pasta, in the non-stick pan over medium heat, heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) with Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp). Add Garlic (4 cloves) and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Shrimp (12 oz) then season with Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp). Cook for about 2 minutes.

Deglaze the pan with Dry White Wine (4 Tbsp) and 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice (1). Simmer for 3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and stir in Olive Oil (1 Tbsp).

Turn off the heat, stir in pasta, Fresh Parsley (3 Tbsp), and 1 tsp of lemon zest. Stir until well combined.

Sprinkle Grated Parmesan Cheese (4 Tbsp) on top and some red pepper flakes if needed. Serve.
