Cooking Instructions

step 1

Place the Onion (1), Red Bell Peppers (2), and Ground Beef (1 lb) into the slow cooker bowl. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into small pieces.

step 2

Mix the Garlic (1 clove), Ground Cumin (2 tsp), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), and Chipotle Chili Powder (1 tsp) into the Salsa (1 jar). Add the mixture over top of the ground beef.

step 3

Mix everything to combine, and turn the slow cooker to low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.

step 4

If you want the peppers to be firmer, check the slow cooker to see if they’re the desired doneness starting at around 5 hours on low.

step 5

Serve with White Rice (to taste), Sweet Potatoes (to taste), and top with Salsa (to taste), Guacamole (to taste), Lettuce (to taste), Sour Cream (to taste), and Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to taste).
