Cooking Instructions

Rinse the White Fish Fillet (1 lb) with Lime Juice (1 Tbsp), then pat dry.

Flake the fish into small pieces and place in a bowl.

Add Salt (1/2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Paprika (1/2 tsp), Ground Allspice (1/2 tsp), Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1), Garlic (2 cloves), Scallions (2), and Fresh Parsley (4 Tbsp). Mix well.

Stir in the Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), and Milk (4 Tbsp) until a thick mixture forms.

Heat Vegetable Oil (as needed) in a deep pan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Using a spoon, scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.

Fry in batches for 3-5 minutes, turning until golden brown and crispy.
