Cooking Instructions

Pat the Large Shrimp (1 lb) dry and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Heat the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Onion (1) and Garlic (3 cloves) sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1), Fresh Thyme Leaves (1 tsp), Paprika (1 tsp), and Ground Allspice (1/2 tsp). Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Add Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Ketchup (1 Tbsp), and Seafood Stock (1/2 cup). Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add shrimp to the pan, stirring occasionally, and cook for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.

Drizzle Juice of Lime (1) over the shrimp, toss in Spring Onions (2), and remove from heat.
