A spicy chutney perfect for a dipping sauce for samosas or other snacks! The sesame seeds, fresh coconut, and groundnuts provide delicious taste.

Cooking Instructions

Put Fresh Cilantro (1 cup), Fresh Mint Leaves (1 cup), Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (1 cup), Garlic (3 cloves), Green Chili Peppers (2), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), juice from Lemon (1) and Peanuts (4 Tbsp) into a blender.

Blend until a smooth thin paste is formed. Add as much Water (to taste) as needed to reach the consistency of a sauce. Check for seasoning, and adjust accordingly.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Will keep for up to 4 days.
