Cooking Instructions

step 1

Slice the Whole Caper Berries (2) in half and juice the Lemon (1/2).

Dice the Beef Sirloin Ball Tip (3 oz) into very small pieces by cutting pieces along the grain, then slicing into strips and finally into a small dice. Make sure to use a sharp knife!

In a bowl, combine beef, Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp), Jalapeño Pepper (1 tsp), Capers (1/2 tsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp), lemon juice, and caper berries. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and toss well.
