Stir-fried Udon Noodles
My super lazy and quick 15-minute stir-fried udon noodle recipe. Unlike other Asian noodles, most udon comes fresh in a packet, so you save time by having pre-cooked noodles. Amazing isn’t it?

Scallion1 scallion per 2 servings

Mushroom, sliced

Kale, de-stemmed, finely chopped

Red Chili Pepper, thinly sliced

Bean Sprouts, washed, rinsed

Dark Soy Sauce

Light Soy Sauce

Sesame Oil

Sesame Seeds

Crushed Red Pepper Flakesoptional

Cooking Instructions

Cut the Scallion (1 bunch) into two parts (green and white), slice them up and then set aside, keeping the white and green parts separate.

Mix the Dark Soy Sauce (1 tsp), Light Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1 tsp), Sesame Seeds (1 pinch), and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch) in a small bowl. Set aside.
