Stir Fry Pork with Ginger and Scallion
This simple and quick Stir Fry Pork with Ginger and Scallion dish is perfect with a bowl of plain rice. Tender marinated pork with a nice Asian-style gravy combined with aromatic and sweet scallion make this velvety and savory dish an easy addition to your weeknight dinner recipe book.

Slice the Pork Loin (1 lb) into ¼-inch slices.

Place the pork in a mixing bowl, add Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Shaoxing Cooking Wine (1 tsp), Fresh Ginger (2 tsp), Corn Starch (2 tsp), and Baking Soda (1/2 tsp). Mix until well coated and set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, combine Water (1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp), Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp), Corn Starch (1 tsp), and Brown Sugar (1 tsp). Set aside.

Heat the Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp) in the pan over medium heat, and add Fresh Ginger (1 piece), Garlic (2 cloves), and the white part of the Scallions (3 stalks). Stir until fragrant about 2 minutes.

Stir in the pork. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the pork is almost cooked.

Then add the sauce mixture and the green part of the scallion. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
