Summer Sipper Sangria
Take a vacation with this refreshing sangria.
Ingredients

Dark Rum

Triple Sec
1Tbsp
Granulated Sugar

Triple Sec

White Rum
to taste
Soda Wateror Club Soda

Dry White Wine

Pineapple, cutor Fruit of Your Choice
1cup
Orange, cutor Fruit of Your Choice

Peach, cutor Fruit of Your Choice

Cooking Instructions

Add Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp),Dark Rum (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Triple Sec (1 1/2 Tbsp) to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cook for an additional minute or two until liquor reduces by about 1/3 and mixture becomes syrupy.

In a large bowl, toss Pineapple (1 cup), Orange (1 cup), and Peach (1 cup) with the syrup. If you want a more pronounced liquor flavor, add up to an additional tablespoon of each liquor and toss again. Chill.

Combine the fruit mix with Triple Sec (1/2 cup), White Rum (1 cup) and Dry White Wine (3 cups) together in a pitcher. Chill for several hours. Serve as is, or with a splash of Soda Water (to taste) if desired.
