Scoop the flesh of the potatoes (about 2 ½ cups) into a large bowl and mash with Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp), Plain Greek Yogurt (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Mix together until fluffy and well combined.
