These meatballs are so juicy with very delicious teriyaki sauce. They are baked instead of pan-fried, which uses less oil and is healthier. They are perfect for party or lunch on the go.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Mix Ground Beef (10.5 oz), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), Breadcrumbs (2/3 cup), Garlic (1 Tbsp), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), and Scallions (to taste) in a big bowl, season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Take out a small portion of meat, roll into balls then place on the rack on top of a baking tray.

Pop in the preheated oven, bake for about 20 minutes. Or you can pan-fry them too.

For the teriyaki sauce, add Soy Sauce (2 2/3 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (2 tsp), Honey (1 Tbsp) and Water (2 Tbsp), (except corn starch), in a pan. Cook under medium heat until it boils.

Then add Corn Starch (2 tsp) mixed with some water, to thicken the sauce.

Add all the meatballs into the pan and mix well. Enjoy!
