Cooking Instructions

In a blender, add the Lemongrass (9 pieces), Kaffir Lime Leaves (6), and Red Chili Pepper (1/2). Cover with a GREY GOOSE® Vodka (1 bottle) and blend.

Strain the vodka into a clean container.

Into a shaker measure Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), juice from Lime (1/2), Pineapple Juice (1 fl oz), Coconut Liqueur (0.5 fl oz), and 45 ml of the Thai Spiced Grey Goose.

Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed). Secure top and shake well.

Strain the liquid into a martini glass.

Garnish with Red Chili Peppers (to taste) and a Kaffir Lime Leaves (to taste) then top with Curry Powder (to taste).
