Cooking Instructions

Grate the Gouda (1/2 cup) and add it to a bowl with All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Sour Cream (1/2 cup), and Salt (1 pinch).

Knead all of the ingredients into a dough.

Dust a clean surface with flour. Roll the pastry to a 1/2-inch (1cm) thick sheet. Cut the dough into circles using a round cutting mold or a small glass (1-inch or 2.5cm diameter).
