And in the name of giving tzatziki all the attention it deserves, today we’re making a “deconstructed tzatziki” of sorts in the form of this creamy Greek cucumber salad!

Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup), Fresh Dill (1 Tbsp), the juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (1 clove), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp).
