Mapo Tofu is a well-known delicious Sichuan dish full of protein. It is spicy, fun to eat, easy to make, and great for meal prep too.

Cooking Instructions

Heat the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) in a large non-stick frying pan on high heat. Add the Garlic (2 cloves) and fry until golden.
