Cooking Instructions

step 1

Add Beef Brisket (2.2 lb), Dried Basil (3 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp), Dried Rosemary (3 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (3 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (2 Tbsp), salt and pepper, the Onions (2), and Garlic (8 cloves) in a baking tray.

Fill tray with water to cover the beef until the beef is almost completely covered.

Cover the tray with foil.

Place the tray in a preheated oven and cook for 45 to 50 minutes at 150 degrees C (300 degrees F). Cook for an hour per kilogram.

Chop the Onion (1), Green Bell Pepper (1), Red Bell Pepper (1). and Garlic (4). In a hot pan, add the Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) and add the chopped vegetables and garlic. Leave to sweat for 5 minutes.

Add the pulled beef, Tomato Passata (2 cups), Dried Oregano (2 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp), Water (1 splash), Bay Leaves (2), and Salt (1 tsp).

Mix well and leave to cook for 45 minutes at medium heat.

Add a splash of water throughout the cooking should you feel it is getting a little dry.
