Cooking Instructions

step 1

Cut Watermelons (6 cups) into small cubes depending on your preferred size. Make sure to deseed the watermelon. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add the watermelon cubes, Red Onion (1/4), Jalapeño Peppers (2), Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch), Fresh Mint (1 stalk), Lime (1), and Tajin (1/2 tsp). Use a spatula to gently mix until well combined. Optionally, leave the salsa in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

Squeeze some more lime juice and sprinkle more tajin on top. Serve salsa as a side dish along with the main dish or as a snack with Tortilla Chips (as needed).
