Cooking Instructions

Into a mixing bowl, add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Agave Syrup (1 Tbsp), juice from Lemon (1), Dijon Mustard (1 tsp), Garlic (1 clove), Sea Salt (1 pinch), and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch). Whisk until well combined, then cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

Thinly slice Red Onion (1/2).

Core Red Apple (1) and cut into 1/2-inch thick cubes. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Cut Manchego Cheese (1 cup) into 1/8-inch cubes.
